How to use Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)
- Mirror/reverse your image on the design program on your computer
- Load HTV into your vinyl cutter with the shiny side down
- Weed the excess HTV off your design
- Align your image onto your surface and press using the recommended heating instructions for your style of HTV which you can find below
- Peel clear backing sheet off

Please do not wash OR dry for 24 hours after pressing to maximise longevity.

CLASSIC, GLITTER, GLOW IN THE DARK & SUPER SOFT VINYL RECOMMENDATIONS-:

Temperature:
Preheat your heat press to 150°C.

Pressure:
Apply Firm pressure. 

Time:
Heat for 15 seconds. Ensure even heat distribution across the design.

Peeling:

Once pressed, allow the HTV to cool slightly but remain warm to the touch.

Carefully peel the carrier sheet while warm, ensuring the design adheres fully to the fabric.

This product is designed to "melt" right into the fabric your printing on, once the vinyl has been pressed correctly it will give the appearance that it has been screen printed onto the garment.

Classic vinyl can with stand both washing and drying.

There's setting are a guide and can vary between machines and heat presses.

Shipping

All items are shipped using Australia Post either Standard Post or Express Post as well as Sendle. 
Please refer to the Australia Post website for updated shipping times. 

Postage cost depends on weight, the correct cost will be on checkout.

-Pricing guide:

                $9.30 - $24.95 standard post (3-5 days tracked)

                $15.00 - $45.00 express post (1-3 days tracked).

PLEASE NOTE:- If you have selected UVDTF wrap option at the checkout, this is for UVDTF wraps ONLY and it is UNTRACKED. You will not be supplied with a tracking number as it is posted as a letter. Our Little Crafters Co does not take responsibility for them lost in transit.

Processing Time: Current processing time is 24 hours.

*Same day postage not valid for public holidays, weekends and the odd occurrence that may hinder orders being packed.
During peak times this may cause increase of processing time.

Local Pick up: We are located in Bacchus Marsh VIC and pick up is welcome Monday through to Sunday.
Local pickup can also be arranged from Sunbury and Melton but very limited days throughout the week. 
If you are in a rush for your local pick up from either location please contact us before ordering.

Once your order is available for collection you will be notified via email.
Please arrange a suitable time and bring your order number with you on pickup.
Please DO NOT arrive to the location of pick up without confirming time and day for collection.

Refund Policy

Returns: Please note there are no change of mind or refunds once orders have been accepted and paid.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Replacement: Please contact us within 48 hours if you have received a faulty or damaged product. 

Refunds & Replacements: In the event that your item has become damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours and retain the product in the same condition they were received including the original packaging. You may be required to bring your items into your local post office for damage assessment.

A refund will not be provided until this has been done.

Strictly no refunds or exchange on starter packs or sale items.

Returns: No returns accepted unless faulty or damaged.

Any damages/faults must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will not take responsibility for damages or faults after this timeframe.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a faulty or damaged product.

If we have agreed to refund your order at your request, you will be charged the applicable merchant fees to cancel your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
