Refund Policy

Returns: Please note there are no change of mind or refunds once orders have been accepted and paid.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Replacement: Please contact us within 48 hours if you have received a faulty or damaged product. 

Refunds & Replacements: In the event that your item has become damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours and retain the product in the same condition they were received including the original packaging. You may be required to bring your items into your local post office for damage assessment.

A refund will not be provided until this has been done.

Strictly no refunds or exchange on starter packs or sale items.

Returns: No returns accepted unless faulty or damaged.

Any damages/faults must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will not take responsibility for damages or faults after this timeframe.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a faulty or damaged product.

If we have agreed to refund your order at your request, you will be charged the applicable merchant fees to cancel your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
